Best Running Shoes for Flat Feet and Overpronation - Top Motion Control Running Shoes
By Ign Andy
Knowing arch types is very important for runners. To determine the arch type you can do a simple wet test, walk on a piece of absorbent and observed your foot print. If you have flat feet you foot print will reveal entire foot surface since there are.
The arch of the foot works like shock absorber especially when running or jumping. People with flat feet have low foot arch which don’t really well to absorb some impact and more likely to overpronate. Overpronation when the foot rolls inwards too much and the arch collapse, this condition will cause pain and inflammation which sometimes happen across the bottom of your foot to your heel bone to your toes, this call plantar fasciitis.
To compensate overpronation, flat feet runners need special running shoes. The best running shoes for flat feet should have extra support and stability. For severe overpronation, motion control running shoes is the best choice.

Comments
Asics & New Balance, both of them less popular compare to Nike or Adidas. But in term of shoes technology, they way a head.
I love jogging and I really liked this shoes. Thanks for showing me about this. Nice hub from you. ~prasetio
Hi my friend prasetio and thank you. Most people only know Nike or Adidas since these company have most marketing budget. though in my opinion name like Asics, Mizuno, Brooks have better running shoes.
I have been buying brooks for nearly 20 years now and swear by them. Brooks Adrenalin would have to be my favorite.
Though the shoe for you could be different depending on the level of pronation and you may even need orthotics if you pronate really badly.
Personally I find Brooks have been best for me because they have the best support and they tend to last longer than other shoes, although many brooks shoes are a little heavier than other brands.
Interesting hub.
Brooks produce one of the best running shoes, and if you are overpronator, you highly recommend Brooks Adreanalin and if you have severe overpronation Brooks Beast is the last resort. Thanks you dablufox.
